All rested up!!

It’s been a cracking week down Rosseter Close way!! Well, I say cracking, it has been from some angles… from others it’s been nothing short of dull.
I’ve managed to get to bed every night this week before 2300. That means on a work night I’m getting 7 hours sleep (I pretty much conk out as my head hits the pillow). On Friday night, I got a full 10 hours sleep. I’ve not had this much sleep since I was working at P&G in Newcastle Upon Tyne!! And it’s feeling good so far.
So this week has been, work, gym, home, eat, tv/surf, bed. So as I said, dull. Well in parts… my work life is hectic as always, and certainly this week we managed to do highs & lows pretty good. I’m a line manager of one from tomorrow also, just to make things interesting like. Should be a challenge.
On Friday, just before home, I headed to Wagamama’s Japanese restaurant at the City Point. It’s a noodle bar, but I managed to get some sort of Chicken & Rice curry thing going… was pretty good actually. Although a little pricey. And yesterday, I decided it was time to review the LotR DVD’s I’d received some time ago. Pizza was in order.
Anyways, I’m going to have it quiet again this week… until Friday when Kells & Kylie arrive from Australia (via the ‘nam). I’m trying to line up ideas & that for them… it’s looking like a busy weekend, but that’s good as it’ll keep them interested & hopefully they’ll enjoy it. Fingers crossed eh!!

About Mcfaggen

Having grown up in Co. Fermanagh where most of my family still reside, I thought it would be worthwhile to keep a blog of my travels around the rest of the UK, Europe and the World.
